I also finished a couple of commissions. First a two headed rat...I love these... in fact I should finish another one up this weekend to add to the shop.

And second a little red riding hood doll.

I'm hoping to make more storybook dolls next week...we'll see how it goes. This month has been a series of interruptions so I'm keeping my expectations low. How do you cope with those pesky interruptions that life throws your way?
just love the little pins
ReplyDeleteyour little dolls are enchanting
Karey
Just roll with it, that's all you can do. Gosh, that's advice I should take myself :-)
ReplyDeleteLove the cats...
I love the little pins and the rats!!! Crack me up!!! Too cute!!! hugs
ReplyDeleteJust so cute...I love the rat(s)....as far as interruptions. Well, I try to keep as organized as possible so that I can go right back to where I left off. I try not to push things to one side as that is deadly for me. I tend not to go back until yonks later and then I forget where I was going with the piece:(
ReplyDeleteCo-incidentally, I read an interesting piece recently called 23 WAYS TO FIT ART INTO YOUR DAY By Lesley Riley. It was in the email newsletter from Dollmakers Journey.
Well they are just the cutest...let me know when the rats are for sale...i have a friend who loves them.
